HP2X Construction was founded in 1997 by Jill and Harvey Pelley II and was incorporated in 2000. We are a proud certified woman owned business. Jill is majority owner and president of HP2X Construction, Inc. She, along with vice president Harvey Pelley II, personally oversee the day-to-day operations of HP2X Construction, Inc. Jill heads the strategic planning and human resources of HP2X Construction, Inc. Harvey is co-owner and vice president of HP2X Construction, Inc. Harvey’s responsibilities including the oversite of the field operations and is head of estimating for this company.
